At Cozymize Football Shirts, we take great pride in the quality of our products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review our return and refund policy carefully.
1. 14-Day Return Window
We gladly accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The original tags must still be securely attached to the product.

The item must be unwashed and show no signs of long-term wear or use.
2. Quality Issues & Damaged Products
We stand behind our goods and take full responsibility for any issues on our end.

Quality Issues: If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will provide a free return or exchange.

Damaged Items: If your product is damaged in transit or upon arrival, we take full responsibility and will issue a full refund.
3. Order Cancellation

Before Processing: You may request to cancel your order for a full refund if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.

After Processing: Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you may initiate a return within the 14-day window once you receive the package.
4. Refund Processing Time
We value your time. Once you apply for a refund and it is approved, the funds will arrive in your account within two hours.
