Thank you for choosing to shop with Cozymize Football Shirts! We are committed to providing you with a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Below are the details of our shipping policy.

1. Shipping Destinations & Rates

  • Destinations: We ship to the United Kingdom, Europe, and North America.

  • Shipping Carrier: All orders are shipped securely via UPS.

  • Shipping Fee: We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the UK, Europe, and North America. There are no minimum purchase requirements and no hidden checkout fees.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

We strive to get your football shirts to you as quickly as possible. The maximum estimated delivery time for your order is up to 13 days. This is broken down into two parts:

  • Order Processing Time (2–3 Days): After your payment is authorized and verified, it takes us 2 to 3 business days to process your order, conduct strict quality checks, and pack your items.

  • Transit Time (Up to 10 Days): Once your order is dispatched from our facility, it typically takes up to 10 days for UPS to deliver the package to your doorstep.

Please note: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major public holidays.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been handed over to UPS, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the carrier's system.


4. Address Modifications

We want to ensure your package reaches the right place. If you realize you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed and shipped, we are unfortunately unable to redirect the package or modify the delivery address.

5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

We take great care in preparing your items for shipment. However, if your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking shows it as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our customer support team immediately. We will work closely with UPS to investigate and resolve the issue for you as quickly as possible.
